  21. Terms have not been disclosed, but one thing needs to be addressed:

  23. There are no "factories that Escom created for Amiga production."  A1200 
  24. manufacture was done on contract at Solectron of France.  A4000T 
  25. production is done on order by QuikPak of Philadelphia.
